Pensions and Retirement

FOR the purpose of providing different degrees of disability for sworn members of the
fire department, changing the benefit structure, creating a window to allow certain
members to qualify for enhanced retirement benefits; and further providing that
members pay an additional contribution toward the new benefit beginning July 1,
1994.
