WITH AMENDMENTS, SECTION 415 OF THE TRAPPE TOWN CHARTER TO
ALLOW FOR THE ELECTION OF TWO ADDITIONAL MEMBERS TO THE
TOWN COUNCIL IN MAY OF 1995 AND FURTHER PROVIDING FOR THE
STAGGERED ELECTIONS TO THE TOWN COUNCIL THEREAFTER.

ELECTION WHEN THE VACANCY OCCURS MORE THAN NINETY DAYS
FROM THE DATE OF A REGULARLY SCHEDULED ELECTION
