Resolution No. 458
A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the annexation
to the City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situated contiguous to and binding upon
the Northerly Corporate Limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known as the "Route 13
North - Henry Street Annexation", being an area bounded on the East by U.S. Route 13,
being bounded on the South by Henry Street, formerly known as Center Street. (5.226
acres of land, more or less)
[Pursuant to Sections SC 1-1 and SC 1-2 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury,
Wicomico County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990
Replacement Edition and 1994 Supplement).

Resolution No. 477
A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the annexation
to the City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situated contiguous to and binding upon
the Southerly Corporate Limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known as the "Holly Grove
Annexation", being an area bounded on the North, in part, by Onley Road, being
bounded on the South by Suburban Acres. (14.172 acres of land, more or less)

Resolution No. 484
A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Salisbury to amend the Charter
of the City of Salisbury by amending the Charter to provide for nonpartisan elections and
to make such changes as are necessary to conduct nonpartisan elections.
