Charter Amendment No. 54

Resolution of the Mayor and Council of Rockville adopted pursuant to Article
XI-E of the Constitution of Maryland, Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code
of Maryland, and the Charter of the City of Rockville to amend Section 1 of Article II,
"The Mayor and Council," of the Charter of the City of Rockville so as to provide that
the procedure for establishing annual stipends for the Mayor and Councilmembers shall
be established by ordinance, and to make certain technical clarifications.
