Maryland to make expenditures for supplies, materials, equipment,
construction of public improvements or contractual services involving
more than $10,000.00 by written contract without advertisement for
sealed bids; and to provide for water system and sewer system repair on
an emergency basis.

LIMITS OF POCOMOKE CITY, EAST OF U.S. ROUTE 13, AND PROVIDING FOR
CONDITIONS AND CIRCUMSTANCES APPLICABLE TO THE PROPOSED
