A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN ON NORTH BRENTWOOD, adopted pursuant to
the authority of Article HE of the Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article
13A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957) Edition as amended, to amend the
charter of said Town, said charter being Article 17 of the Code of Public Legal Laws of
Maryland (1963) Edition, as amended, which contains in whole or par [in part] the
Charter of the Town of North Brentwood, be repealing and re-enacting with amendments
Section 56-3. Wards.

[Section 56-3 of the Charter of the Town of North Brentwood, Prince George's
County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990
Replacement Edition and 1994 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

INTEREST ON TAX PAYMENTS IN ARREARS; FOR ESTABLISHING A TAX
PENALTY ON OVERDUE REAL ESTATE TAXES EQUAL TO THE COUNTY'S
COLLECTION FEE AND LOST INTEREST TO THE TOWN; AND, TO ESTABLISH
THE DATE WHEN REAL ESTATE TAXES BECOME COLLECTABLE BY TAX
SALE.
