Election - Qualifications of Office

FOR the purpose of amending the Charter of the City of Annapolis to clarify the
qualifications for office for the mayor and aldermen.

[Section 3 of Article II of the Charter of the City of Annapolis, Anne Arundel
County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990
Replacement Edition and 1994 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

FOR the purpose of amending the Charter of the City of Annapolis to require the City
Central Committees to nominate candidates for the Board of Supervisors of
Elections; establishing that the Mayor shall make said nominations if that
requirement is no met; and all matters relating to said nominations.
