Filing of Vacancies - City Council - Special Election

FOR the purpose of amending the Charter of the City of Annapolis to revise certain time
requirements for the notification and filling of a vacancy on the City Council; and all
matters relating to said vacancy.

City Council - General Powers and Duties

FOR the purpose of amending the Charter of the City of Annapolis to remove the
requirement that the City Council shall sit as the board of liquor license
commissioners; revise the name of the Planning and Zoning Commission to
Planning Commission; and all matters relating to said revisions.
