The Department of Human Resources shall
establish a task force of private and public
sector experts to evaluate the
implementation of the Client Information
System. The task force should determine
whether implementation should continue
and if so what steps must be taken to
complete implementation successfully. The
task force should make recommendations to
the Legislative Policy Committee and the
budget committees by June 1, 1995.
