Funds are appropriated in the Laboratories
Administration budget to pay for services
provided by this program. Authorization is
hereby granted to use these receipts as
special funds for operating expenses in this
program.

32.12.08.01 Services and Institutional Operations
General Fund Appropriation. It is the intent
of the General Assembly that any excess
funds in the institutions which may arise
during the course of the fiscal year, such as
through additional staff turnover, be
transferred to Community Services
(32.12.01.02). The committees request that
the department provide a report by January
1, 1996 on whether any excess funds may be
available for transfer from the institutions
during FY 1996. , provided that $300,000 of
general funds appropriated in the
Springfield Hospital Center (32.12.08.01)
and the other state psychiatric hospitals may
be used only for community services for the
Baltimore Capitation Project. Authorization
is hereby granted for transfer of this amount
to program 32.12.01.02 (Community
Services program) from Springfield Hospital
Center and other state psychiatric facilities
for this purpose..............................................
