at North Point State Park: overnight dormitory
facilities and an amphitheater. .

Provided that of the Special Fund
Appropriation, $28,397,000 represents that
share of Program Open Space revenues
available for State projects and $25,803,000
represents that share of Program Open
Space revenues available for local programs.
These amounts may be used for any State
projects or local shares authorized in
Chapter 403, Laws of Maryland, 1969, as
amended, or in Chapter 81, Laws of
Maryland, 1984; Chapter 106, Laws of
Maryland, 1985; Chapter 109, Laws of
Maryland, 1986; Chapter 121; Laws of
Maryland, 1987; Chapter 10, Laws of
Maryland, 1988; Chapter 14, Laws of
Maryland, 1989; Chapter 409, Laws of
Maryland, 1990; Chapter 3, Laws of
Maryland, 1991; Chapter 4, 1st Special
Session, Laws of Maryland, 1992; Chapter
204, Laws of Maryland, 1993; or Chapter 8,
Laws of Maryland, 1994; and for any of the
following State projects.
