All state Program Open Space land
acquisition projects that have boon
authorized but remain unfunded shall be
Reauthorized. The Department of Natural
Resources shall identify all state projects
with authorization but no funding and
provide a list to the Board of Public Works
by July 1, 1995. It is the intent of the
General Assembly that the Board of Public
Works deauthorize the projects identified
by the department as authorized but
unfunded.

General Fund Appropriation...........................

Special Fund Appropriation, provided that no
portion of this appropriation intended for
capital improvements may be expended for
a project that does not have an approved
program plan as required by § 3-602 of the
State Finance and Procurement Article.......

Notwithstanding any other provision of this
Act, authorization for the following state
capital projects is hereby reduced by the
following amounts:
