GLENDENING, Governor H.B. 406 House and the Governor's Mansion Trust to be the Government House Trust; BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Section 9-601, 9-602, 9-603, Annotated Code of Maryland (1993 Replacement Volume and 1994 Supplement) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article - State Government Subtitle 6. [Governor's Mansion] GOVERNMENT HOUSE Trust. 9-601. In this subtitle, "Trust" means the [Governor's Mansion] GOVERNMENT HOUSE 9-602. There is a [Governor's Mansion] GOVERNMENT HOUSE Trust. 9-603. (a) The Trust shall consist of the following voting members: (1) the Governor; (2) the President of the Senate; (3) the Speaker of the House of Delegates; (4) the Secretary of the Department of General Services; and (5) the Director of the Maryland Historical Trust. (b) The Trust shall consist of the following advisor nonvoting members: (1) the Director of the Baltimore Museum of Art; (2) the Director of the Maryland Historical Society; (3) the Director of the St. Mary's City Commission; (4) the Director of the Talbot County Historical Society; (5) the Director of the Walters Museum of Art; (6) the Director of the Washington County Museum of Fine Arts; - 4153 -
