24.04.00.01 Administration and Operations

Special Fund Appropriation;—provided that
$238,000 of this appropriation made for the
lease purchase of 200 instant ticket vending
machines may not be spent until 45 days
after receipt and review of a report by the
budget committees that demonstrates the
need for purchasing additional ITVMs.

Further, provided that no part of this
appropriation may be used to
lease purchase or purchase instant ticket
vending machines that would make the total
number of ITVMs exceed 800.

Further, provided that this appropriation may
not be increased by budget amendment
except for increases in instant ticket
printing and freight costs, and on-line
vendor fees and lease payments for up to 500
additional instant ticket vending machines ._
Further, provided that no part of this
appropriation may be used to lease, lease
purchase, or purchase additional instant ticket
vending machines beyond the number in
existence on June 30, 1995.

Further, provided that no part of this
appropriation may be used for the
implementation of a new lottery game until
the Legislative Policy Committee has had 45
days to review and consider the
implementation of the new lottery game.
