Special Fund Appropriation, provided that no
funds in excess of this appropriation may be
credited to the Maryland Stadium Facilities
Fund except by budget amendment. Further
provided that the Maryland Stadium
Authority may use any available balance in
the Maryland Stadium Facilities Fund to
pay debt service on bonds issued to build
the baseball stadium at Camden Yards.
Further provided that unless required to
pay rent to the Maryland Stadium Authority
under the state lease due to the depletion of
the balance in the Maryland Stadium
Facilities Fund, this appropriation may only
be expended as follows:
