22.03.00.01 Legal Counsel and Advice

General Fund Appropriation, provided that
$20,000 of this appropriation for a grant to
the State's Attorneys' Coordinator and
$343,000 for the operation of the Victim
and Witness Protection and Relocation
Program are contingent upon the enactment
of legislation extending the provisions of
Section 20, Chapter 204 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of 1993, as amended by
Section 1, Chapter 474 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of 1994, requiring that
certain court costs be deposited in the
General Fund during a certain fiscal year or
years. Further provided that no funds may be
expended for the Victim and Witness
Protection and Relocation Program until the
budget committees approve a program plan
submitted by the State's Attorneys'
Coordinating Council, or the passage of 45
days from receipt of the report for review and
comment. Further provided that funds for
the Victim and Witness Protection and
Relocation Program are contingent upon
the enactment of SB 709/HB 624..................
