Error: Incorrect word usage in Article 2B, § 8-202(a)(3) and (8).

Occurred: Prior to the 1957 recodification.

[(f) (1) For a period of two years from April 30, 1961, the number of premises
for which licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages at retail may be issued in the fourth
precinct of the fifth election district of Anne Arundel County shall be limited to the
number of licensed premises in existence in the district in which the premises are located
on April 30, 1961; provided, however, that the Board of License Commissioners of Anne
Arundel County is hereby authorized to limit the number of licenses, other than those
licenses specified in paragraph (2) of this subsection, issued in any precinct of any district
of Anne Arundel County for a period of one year.

(2)     This subsection does not apply to the issuance of the following types or
classes of licenses:

(i) Any Class C licenses as set forth in §§ 5-301 and 6-301 of this
article;

(ii) Beer, and beer and wine, Class C, 7 days licenses as set forth in
subsection (b) of § 7-101 of this article;

(in) Beer, wine and liquor, Class C, 7 days licenses as set forth in
subsection (d) of § 7-101 of this article;

(iv) Racetrack licenses, as set forth in subsection (b) of this section;

(v) Licenses to hotels or motels with more than 25 rooms and
marinas.]

Error: Obsolete language in Article 2B, § 8-202(f).

Occurred: Repeal authorized by Thomas E. Riggin, Chairman, Anne
Arundel County Board of License Commissioners.

In Baltimore City,

(3)     The Board of License Commissioners shall not authorize the issuance of
a Class B beer, wine and liquor license for any establishment where patrons are
entertained as above set forth unless the Board shall find that the said establishment is a
restaurant as [same is] defined in this article.
