SECTION 8. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Sections 3 and 4 of this Act
shall take effect June I, 1995.

SECTION 9. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section 2 of this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1996.

SECTION 3. 8. 10. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That, except for Sections 2,
3, and 4 of this Act, this Act shall take effect October 1, 1995.

AN ACT concerning

State Transfer Tax - Distribution of Revenues

FOR the purpose of altering the distribution formula for revenues from the State transfer
tax.; allowing certain local governments to elect to transfer all or a portion of a
certain local share of certain State transfer tax revenues to a certain fund; placing
certain restrictions on the use of certain allocations; and generally relating to the
distribution and allocation of State transfer tax revenues.
