IF THE ETHICS COMMISSION DETERMINES THAT THE RESPONDENT HAS NOT (1) DISMISS THE COMPLAINT IN A SIGNED ORDER; AND (2) PROMPTLY SEND A COPY OF THE ORDER TO THE COMPLAINANT (C) FINDING OF VIOLATION; SANCTIONS.
