QUORUM; MEETINGS; COMPENSATION; STAFF. (A) QUORUM. (1) A MAJORITY OF THE AUTHORIZED MEMBERSHIP OF THE ETHICS (2) THE ETHICS COMMISSION MAY ACT ONLY ON THE AFFIRMATIVE (B) MEETINGS. THE ETHICS COMMISSION SHALL MEET AT THE CALL OF THE CHAIRMAN OR A (C) COMPENSATION AND REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENSES.
