(c) (2) The advisory council shall consist of the following members: (iii) 1 person from the DEPARTMENT OF State Police, to be appointed DRAFTER'S NOTE: Subsections (a), (b), and (c)(2)(iii) of this section are amended to reflect the Article - Health - General 5-303. (a) The Commission consists of the following 5 members: (4) The [Superintendent] SECRETARY of the [Maryland] State Police; DRAFTER'S NOTE: Subsection (a)(4) of this section is amended to reflect the status of the head of 5-305. (e) For the use of these medical examiners, the Commission shall: (1) See that proper equipment is provided; or (2) Arrange for use of the laboratory and other equipment of the - 294 -
