Ch. 3 1995 LAWS OF MARYLAND DRAFTER'S NOTE: This section is amended to reflect the status of the head of the Department of 13-508. Subject to the hearing provisions of § 13-510 of this subtitle, the [Superintendent] (1) for any applicable ground under § 13-313 of this title; (2) if the applicant or individual fraudulently or deceptively obtains or (3) if the applicant or individual fails to maintain the standards set by the DRAFTER'S NOTE: This section is amended to reflect the status of the head of the Department of 13-509.
