(2) THE REQUIRED APPROPRIATION FOR FISCAL YEAR 1999 SHALL
REMAIN IN EFFECT FOR SUBSEQUENT FISCAL YEARS UNLESS ALTERED BY FUTURE
ENACTMENT.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1995.

AN ACT concerning

Maryland Historical Trust - Private Property Rights

FOR the purpose of providing that certain statutory provisions may not be construed to
limit or prohibit the use of privately owned land by its owner, or a guest of the
owner of the land, or to require the owner or guest to obtain certain permits;
exempting certain property; correcting a certain reference; and generally relating to
the application of the law governing the Maryland Historical Trust to certain private
property.
