(House Bill 919)

AN ACT concerning

Wicomico County - Alcoholic Beverages
(Restaurant Entrance and Egress)

FOR the purpose of prohibiting a person in Wicomico County from entering or egressing
a restaurant that holds a certain alcoholic beverages license while that person is in
possession of alcoholic beverages; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages in
Wicomico County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages
Section 6-201(x)(2)(iv)3.
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1994 Replacement Volume)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

6-201.

(x) (2) (iv) 3. This license requires the sale of alcoholic beverages for
consumption only on the inside of the restaurant premises. A PERSON MAY NOT ENTER
OR EGRESS THE PREMISES WHILE IN POSSESSION OF ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1995.
