AN ACT concerning

Financial Institutions - Money Orders Payment Instruments

FOR the purpose of altering qualifications for a license to sell money orders payment
instruments; modifying the amount of bond to be filed with the Bank Commissioner
to a certain sum; altering a certain definition; allowing a holder to consider a money
order dormant or inactive under certain circumstances; and generally relating to
altering qualifications for a license to sell money orders payment instruments.
