PARRIS N. GLENDENING, Governor Ch. 3 (2) use any member of the DEPARTMENT OF [Maryland] State Police, as (3) make inquiries and conduct an investigation regarding any applicant: (i) for a license; or (ii) for employment with a licensee as a private detective or security (b) In addition to any duties set forth elsewhere, the [Superintendent] (1) adopt regulations that set standards for the certification of employees of (i) private detectives; and (ii) security guards; and (2) keep a separate roster of the individuals certified as private detectives (i) the names of individuals certified; (ii) the name of the licensed private detective agency with or by which (iii) any other information that the [Superintendent] SECRETARY DRAFTER'S NOTE: This section is amended to reflect the establishment of the Department of 13-203.
