[(a)] (I) To cut the grass, noxious weeds, vegetable growth, briars,
brush, or plants; or

[(b)](II) To remove the other conditions or accumulations under §
85-2 of this chapter.

85-5.

B. (1) Within 10 days from the date of notification under § 85-4 of this
chapter, the owner of property may appeal the order to the County Commissioners or
their designee.

(2)     If a decision on an appeal under [Subsection B(l) of this section]
PARAGRAPH (1) OF THIS SUBSECTION is issued by the designee of the County
Commissioners rather than by the County Commissioners, within 10 days from the date of
the decision, the owner may appeal further to the County Commissioners of Charles
County.

(3)     The filing of an appeal under Paragraph (1) or (2) of this subsection
stays the time period for compliance with an order.

(4)     If an owner of residential property loses an appeal under Paragraph (1)
or (2) of this subsection, the owner shall comply with the terms of the order within 14
days of the final appeal decision.

L. The County Commissioners may include the members of the Sheriff's office in
the Maryland State Retirement System as provided under [Article 73B, §§ 163 through
170] TITLE 31, SUBTITLE 1 OF THE STATE PERSONNEL AND PENSIONS ARTICLE of the
Annotated Code of Maryland.

130-1.

A. (1) As used in this chapter, the following [terms shall] WORDS have the
meanings indicated[:].

(2)      [PARK - Trailer] "PARK" MEANS TRAILER coach park.

(3)     [PERSON - Any] "PERSON" MEANS ANY natural individual, firm,
trust, partnership, association, or corporation.

(4)      [TRAILER COACH - Any] "TRAILER COACH" MEANS ANY vehicle
or similar portable structure having no foundation other than wheels, jacks, or skirting
and so designed or constructed as to permit occupancy for dwelling or sleeping purposes.

(5)      [TRAILER COACH PARK - Any] "TRAILER COACH PARK" MEANS
ANY plot of ground upon which any trailer coach occupied for dwelling or sleeping
purposes is located, regardless of whether or not a charge is made for such an
accommodation.
