Ch. 335 1995 LAWS OF MARYLAND 2-1308. IN APPROVING APPLICATIONS FOR LOANS OR GRANTS, THE DEPARTMENT (1) THE NEED OF THE BENEFICIARIES OF THE PROPOSED LEAD (2) THE CAPACITY OF THE APPLICANT TO REPAY A LOAN; (3) THE OVERALL PUBLIC BENEFIT; (4) THE IMPACT ON THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBORHOOD OR COMMUNITY; AND (5) ANY OTHER RELEVANT FACTORS AS DETERMINED BY THE 2-1309." (A) THE LEAD HAZARD REDUCTION GRANT PROGRAM AND THE LEAD (B) IN ADDITION TO MONEYS DEPOSITED IN THE SPECIAL LOAN PROGRAMS (1) MONEYS APPROPRIATED BY THE STATE FOR THE LEAD HAZARD (2) ANY REPAYMENTS OF A GRANT OR REPAYMENT OF PRINCIPAL OR (C) THE DEPARTMENT SHALL USE THE SPECIAL LOAN PROGRAMS FUND TO (D) (1) ANNUALLY THE DEPARTMENT SHALL ALLOCATE MONEY IN THE (2) IN THE EVENT THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE APPLICATIONS FOR - 2284 -
