Ch. 309 1995 LAWS OF MARYLAND (c) If an individual has been disqualified from operating a commercial motor (d) The Administration may not issue a commercial driver's license to an (e) Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, if an individual has been disqualified (1) Applies for a commercial driver's license; (2) Is qualified to be issued a commercial driver's license; (3) Pays the fees required by § 16-818(a)(3) of this title; and (4) Is issued a commercial driver's license by the Administration. (F) NOTWITHSTANDING ANY LAW TO THE CONTRARY, IF AN INDIVIDUAL 16-806. (a) Each employer shall require the information specified in § 16-805(c) of this (b) An employer may not knowingly allow, permit, or authorize a driver to drive a (1) In which the driver has a driver's license suspended, revoked, or (2) In which the driver has been disqualified from driving a commercial (3) In which the driver has more than 1 driver's license; OR (4) IN WHICH THE EMPLOYEE, THE MOTOR VEHICLE THE EMPLOYEE IS 16-812.
