judicial review of certain decisions made by the Commission under certain
circumstances; authorizing the Commission to bring an action for injunction against
a violator of the provisions of this title; providing that a person who violates the
provisions of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to certain criminal
penalties; authorizing the State's Attorney to prosecute any violator of the
provisions of this title; defining certain terms requiring the Task Force to report to
certain persons by a certain date; providing for the effective date and termination of
this Act; and generally relating to the Maryland Milk Commission Task Force on
Maryland's Dairy Industry.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

(A) THERE IS A TASK FORCE ON MARYLAND'S DAIRY INDUSTRY IN THE
DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE.

(B) THE TASK FORCE CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING 17 MEMBERS:

(1) 2 DELEGATES APPOINTED BY THE SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE OF
DELEGATES:

(2) 2 SENATORS APPOINTED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE SENATE OF
MARYLAND;

(3) THE SECRETARY OF AGRICULTURE. OR THE SECRETARY'S
DESIGNEE;

(4) THE SECRETARY OF BUSINESS AND EMPLOYMENT DEVELOPMENT
OR THE SECRETARY'S DESIGNEE;

(5) THE SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND MENTAL HYGIENE. OR THE
SECRETARY'S DESIGNEE:
