Ch. 177

E. IS ACTIVELY OPERATING A SYSTEM OF
TRANSPORTATION FOR ELDERLY, HANDICAPPED, OR LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS.

SECTION 2. 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1995. Section 2 of this Act shall remain effective for a period of 1 year and, at the
end of June 30, 1996, with no further action required by the General Assembly, Section 2
of this Act shall be abrogated and of no further force and effect.

AN ACT concerning

Guardianship Proceedings - Notice to Natural Parents at the Most Current Address

FOR the purpose of allowing a petitioner in a guardianship proceeding to serve the
natural parent at a certain
address under certain circumstances; and generally
relating to providing notic
e to the natural parents at the most current address
requiring each parent of a child who is the subject of a child in need of assistance
proceeding to notify the local department of social services of all changes in the
parent's address; altering the contents of a certain listing required to be maintained
by the clerk's office of the juvenile court; requiring the clerk's office of the juvenile
court to disclose to a local department of social services certain addresses of certain
parents for certain purposes; specifying certain addresses at which the petitioner in
a certain proceeding for guardianship of a certain child is required to serve notice
on the child's natural parent; and generally relating to notice to natural parents of
certain guardianship proceedings.
