(A) Maryland Agricultural Cost-Share Program. Provide grants for
projects to control agriculturally related nonpoint sources of
pollution, provided that $50,000 of this appropriation may only be
used for a pilot project to have outside consultants provide design and
construction management services for the implementation of best
management practices funded through the Agricultural Cost-Share

DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND MENTAL HYGIENE
32.01.01                              OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY

(A)    Adult Day Care Facilities. Provide grants to acquire, design,
construct, renovate, and equip adult day care facilities. The funds
appropriated for this purpose shall be administered in accordance
with Sections 24-701 through 24-707 of the Health - General
Article, provided that if a project costs less than the estimate, the
state's share of the savings will be the same percentage represented by
the state's share of the project cost (Statewide)..................................

(B)    Community Mental Health Facilities. Provide grants to acquire,
design, construct, renovate, and equip community mental health,
addiction and developmental disabilities facilities. The funds
appropriated for this purpose shall be administered in accordance
with Sections 24-601 through 24-607 of the Health - General
Article (Statewide).............................................................................

(C)    Area Health Education Center. Prepare detailed plans and
renovate the second floor of the Carey Building at the Eastern
Shore Hospital Center for use as an Area Health Education
Center (Dorchester County)..............................................................
