Ch. 120 1995 LAWS OF MARYLAND [5-402.] 5-702. The General Assembly makes the following declarations as a statement of its (1) There has been increasing evidence of a shortage of industrial sites (2) To ensure that appropriate industrial sites will be available to meet the (3) Such acquisition and preservation can be effected best by a cooperative [5-403.] 5-703. (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) "County" includes the City of Baltimore.
