Economic Development Opportunities Fund into certain Funds to be retained by
those Funds; validating bonds, notes, and other evidence of indebtedness and
obligations issued by the Department of Economic and Employment Development
or any of its authorized bond issuers; transferring certain provisions of law; defining
certain terms; repealing certain obsolete provisions and clarifying language;
extending the termination provisions for certain programs; providing for the
transfer of certain employees under certain conditions; making provisions of this
Act severable; requiring the publishers of the Annotated Code and the Department
of Legislative Reference to propose and make certain revisions to the Code; and
generally relating to the creation and operation of the Department of Business and
Economic Development and the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation,
the transfer of certain units of State government to create the new Departments,
and the reorganization of State government.
