(f) For the purpose of reimbursing the Fund for the purchase of a helicopter and
for the State share of the expansion of the helicopter hangar in Centreville, Maryland, the
Governor shall include the following appropriations in the annual budget submission:

(1)     For. Fiscal Year [1996] 1997; $2,000,000;

(2)     For Fiscal Year [1997] 1998, $1,000,000; and

(3)     For Fiscal Year [1998] 1999, $1,075,000.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1995.

AN ACT concerning

Charles County - County Commissioners - Meetings

FOR the purpose of altering the meeting days for the County Commissioners for Charles
County to be the days set by the Commissioners by resolution; repealing a provision
of law on the method of changing the meeting days; and generally relating to the
days for meetings of the County Commissioners for Charles County.

A. Meetings.

(1) The Commissioners shall meet for the transaction of business [:
