AN ACT concerning

Cecil County - Public Local Laws - Repeal of Chapter 129 Plumbing Control

FOR the purpose of repealing Chapter 129 (Plumbing Control) of the Public Local Laws
of Cecil County in its entirety.

BY repealing

The Public Local Laws of Cecil County

Section 129-1 through 129-9, inclusive, and the chapter heading "Chapter 129

Plumbing Control"
Article 8 - Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1989 Edition and December 1994 Supplement, as amended)
(As enacted by Chapter 478 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1990)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 129-1 through 129-9, inclusive, and the chapter heading
"Chapter 129 Plumbing Control" of Article 8 - Cecil County of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland be repealed.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1995.
