Ch. 86 1995 LAWS OF MARYLAND Article 22 - Washington County Title 6. [Sanitary Districts] WATER, SEWER, AND DRAINAGE SYSTEMS (a) In this title the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) "Allocation fee" means the charge for being connected to a water or sewerage (c) "Clerk" means the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Washington County, (d) ["Commission" means the governing body of the District, the Washington (e)] "County" means [the political subdivision of this State known as] the County [(f) "District" means the body politic and corporate created under this title, the (g)] (E) "Drainage system" means [the inlet, outfall lines, equipment, and [(h)](F) "Project" means a water system, sewerage system, or drainage system or [(i)] (G) "Property" means any interest in real estate. [(j)](H) "Regulation" means the policies that have been formally adopted and [(k)](I) "Reserved area" means an area within a subdistrict to which the [(l)](J) "Roads" means public highways, streets, roads, alleys, easements, and [(m)](K) "Sewage" has the meaning as stated in § 9-601(m) of the Environment - 1398 -
