Ch. 86 1995 LAWS OF MARYLAND (1991 Edition and August 1994 Supplement, as amended) BY adding to The Public Local Laws of Washington County Section 6-405 and 6-502 through 6-504, inclusive Article 22 - Public Local Laws of Maryland (1991 Edition and August 1994 Supplement, as amended) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article 22 - Washington County 1-601.
