[(e)](G) If, under subsection (d)(1) of this section, the father's Social Security
number is not entered on the form provided by the Secretary:

(1)     Upon adjudication of paternity, the court shall order the father to
provide his Social Security number to the clerk of court; and

(2)     The clerk of court shall send the father's Social Security number to the
Secretary, as provided under § 4-211(f) of this subtitle.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1995.

Washington County - Regulation of Closing-Out Sales - Repeal

FOR the purpose of repealing certain provisions concerning the regulation of closing-out
sales, and renumbering other provisions, in the Public Local Laws of Washington
County.

Section 5-101 through 5-109, inclusive, and the subtitle "Subtitle 1. Closing-Out

Sales"
Article 22 - Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1991 Edition and August 1994 Supplement, as amended)

BY renumbering

The Public Local Laws of Washington County

Title 5, Subtitles 2 and 3, respectively

to be Title 5, Subtitles 1 and 2, respectively

Article 22 - Public Local Laws of Maryland

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 5-101 through 5-109, inclusive, and the subtitle "Subtitle
1. Closing-Out Sales", of Article 22 - Washington County of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland be repealed.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Title 5, Subtitles 2 and 3,
respectively, of Article 22 - Washington County of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland be renumbered to be Title 5, Subtitles 1 and 2, respectively.
