AN ACT concerning

Maryland Housing Resource Corporation

FOR the purpose of terminating the Maryland Housing Resource Corporation; repealing
certain provisions of law relating to the Corporation; and generally relating to the
Maryland Housing Resource Corporation.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 13-601. through 13-614, inclusive, and the subtitle
"Subtitle 6. Housing Resource Corporation" of Article - Financial Institutions of the
Annotated Code of Maryland be repealed.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of Maryland
