69. From 35 to 40 years $3. From 40 to 45 years $4.50 - From 45 to 50 years $5 - From 50 to 55 years $5.50 - From 55 to 60 years $6 - And all over 60 years of age $10. Sec. 5. Every Brother who becomes a member of this Division, when a card of former membership in the Order, shall pay, if between the age of 18 and 20, the sum of $1.25 - from 25 to 30 $1.50 - from 30 to 35 $1.75 - from 35 to 40 $2 - from 40 to 45 $2.25 - from 45 to 50 $2.50 - from 50 to 55 $2.75 - from 55 to 60 $3. all over 60 the sum of $5. Sec. 6. Any Brother against whom no charge is pending, may, after liquidating all claims against him, demand his cards, and withdraw from the Division: Provided, he shall pay for such Card the sum of twenty five cents. Article 2. Chaplain. In the absence of the Chaplain the W. Patriarch shall call upon any Minister of the Gospel, who may be present to open the ^meeting of the^ Division with prayer. Article 3. Dues and Appropriations. Sec. 1. Each and every member shall pay into the funds of this Division 6¼ cents as a weekly contribution. Sec. 2. This fund shall not be drawn for any other than the following purposes, Viz: to pay debts contracted by this Division; benefits for sick members; funeral benefits; benefits for the loss of any benefit member's wife, and the current expenses of the Division. Sec. 3. Each member shall pay the further sum of 13 cents per quarter as a contribution for the benefit of widows and orphans of deceased members, who may be in necessitous circumstances. Sec. 4. Each member shall pay the further sum of one cent per week for the purpose of erecting a Temple in the City of Baltimore. Sec. 5. The R. S., the F. S. and T. shall keep & report the above funds seperately. Sec. 6. All fines insured by any member of the Division, shall be paid into the widow and orphan's fund. Sec. 7. On the death of any Brother of the Division, leaving a widow & children, or either, it shall be the duty of the R. S. to register the names and ages of the children and residence in a Book to be kept for that purpose, and once a quarter at least, they shall be visited by the W. P., or some member deputized by him, who shall report their condition and circumstances at every second regular meeting of the Division each quarter, so long as they are under the care of the Division. Sec. 8. The widow and orphan children of a Brother of this Division, shall be entitled to receive such sums per quarter, as the Division may from time to time determine, and when such orphans have no Guardians they shall be peculiarly the charge of the Division. Article 4. Benefits. Sec. 1. Every Brother who has been a member of this Division one year, and has paid his regular contributions, shall be entitled to receive for each and every week that |
