426 two foot stools one fire Board one large leather trunk One pair glass lamps One & one half dozen Knives & forks four waiters two Kitchen tables three iron pots & hooks two ovens two spiders One tea kettle Six silver table spoons five silver tea spoons one pair Kitchen andirons Six table Cloths two glass plates One dozen tumblers one dozen pillow cases six bolster Cases two pair shovel and tongs One lot tin ware one chicken Coop Lot Barrels in smoke house One box and case one cradle and furniture one Bird and Cage one work boy one pair silver sugar tongs one lot of land three tubs three water buckets three pitchers one biscuit board three paper Curtains one small black trunk one lot of Books one wheel barrow and all the residue of My household and kitchen furniture all and singular which said goods and chattels are now remaining standing and being in a certain messuage or tenement situate in the town of Cambridge and now in the occupation of the said Freeborn L Garretson To have and to Hold all and singular the said goods household stuff and furniture and other the premises above bargained and sold or mentioned or intended so to be to the said John D Farquharson his executors administrators and assigns forever and I the Said Freeborn L Garretson for myself my heirs executors and administrators all and singular the said goods household stuff and furniture unto the said John D Farquharson his executors administrators and assigns against me the said Freeborn L Garretson my executors and administrators and against all and every other person and persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents of all and singular which said goods household stuff and furniture I the said Freeborn L. Garretson have put the said John D. Farquharson one knife and fork at the sealing and delivery of these presents in the name of the whole premises hereby bargained and sold or mentioned or intended so to be unto the said John D Farquharson as aforesaid. in Witness whereof I Freeborn L Garretson hath hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this fourteenth day of June Eighteen Hundred and fifty two Signed Sealed and delivered in Freeborn L. Garretson (seal) the presence of Charles Corkran Maryland Dorchester County to wit. On the fourteenth day of June Eighteen Hundred and fifty two personally appeared before me a Justice of the Peace of the said of Maryland in and for the County aforesaid the within Named Freeborn L. Garretson and acknowledged the within Bill of Sale to be his act and deed, and delivered the same for the purposes therein mentioned according to the true intent and |
