set forth in the within Bill of sale is true and bona fide as therein set forth

Turpin Wright              Be it remembered and it is hereby certified that the
    Exd from   70          following Bill of Sale was received and recorded on the
Mark N. Marshall       30.th day of April 1852 to wit.
                                                    Know all men by these presents That I
Mark N Marshall of Dorchester County in the State of Maryland for and
in consideration of the sum of one hundred and ninety seven dollars & ninety one Cents
Current money to me in hand paid by Turpin Wright of same county and state
at and before the sealing and delivering of these presents the receipt whereof I the
Said Mark N Marshall do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained and sold
and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said Turpin Wright his
executors administrators and assigns all the following property to wit 1 Horse Called
Charley 1 mare called Jwlley 2 Cows 2 yearlings 1 Yoke Oxen 1 Ox Cart 1 Plough
2 Harrows 2 sows & 11 Shoats 7 old Sheep & 6 lambs 10 Barrells Corn more or less 1 stack
blade Fodder Crop wheat on the Ground Crop Oats on ground 5 Beds Bedsteads
& furnature 1 Cupboard and contents 2 tables & 8 chairs & 8 chests all the said property
goods or chattels are now in possession of the said Mark N Marshall tenent to
Turpin Wright  To have and to Hold all and singular the said property goods
and Chattels and other the premises above bargained and sold or mentioned and
intended so to be to the said Turpin Wright his executors administrators and assigns
forever and I the said Mark N Marshall for myself my heirs executors and administrators
all and singular the said property goods and chattels and other the
premises unto the said Turpin Wright his executors administrators and assigns against
me the Said Mark N Marshall my executors administrators and against all and
every other person or persons whatsoever shall and will forever warrant and defend
by these presents.      In witness whereof I the said Mark N Marshall have
hereto set my hand and seal this 30.th April A. D. 1852
Signed sealed and delivered in presence of
             James Rea J. P.                                          Mark N. Marshall   (seal)

State of Maryland Dorchester County Sct.      Be it remembered and
it is hereby Certified that on this thirteenth day of April in the year of our Lord
One thousand Eight Hundred and fifty two before the subscriber a Justice of the
peace of the state of Maryland in and for Dorchester County aforesaid personally
appears Mark N Marshall he being known to me to be the person who is named
and described as and professing to be a party to the foregoing Bill of Sale or
indenture doth acknowledge the said bill of sale or indenture to be his act
and deed  And at the same time and place also appeared before me Turpin
Wright grantee in the said bill of sale or indenture named and made oath that
the consideration set forth in the said bill of sale is true and bona fide as therein
