the said James Higgins his executors administrators or assigns may and he and they
are hereby authorised to sell the above Mortgaged property and all the estate right
title interest property claim and demand at law and in equity as deed of the
said James Higgins as of the said Nancy Camper and all those claiming
by from or under each of them in and ot the said mortgage cattle hogs &c
and every part thereof at public or private sale as the said James Higgins
may think best   In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my seal this day and date first above written

State of Maryland Dorchester County Sc.      Be it remembered that
on the 5.th day of April 1852 personally appeared before me the subscriber
a Justice of the Peace in and for said County Nancy Camper and acknowledged
the aforegoing Bill of sale to be her act and deed and delivered the same for the
uses and purposes therein mentioned and at the same time personally appeared
before me James Higgins party grantee within named and made oath on the
Holy Evangely of Almighty God that the consideration set forth in the foregoing
Bill of Sale is true and bona fide as therein set forth

Be it remembered and it is hereby Certified that the following Bond was recorded on the 27.th day of April 1852, to wit:


State of Maryland      State of Maryland Dorchester County to wit
    Exd  from      45     Know all men by these presents that we Thomas H
Thomas H Hicks         Hicks Brice J Goldsborough and Thomas Dail
others   {six dollar}     all of Dorchester County and the state of Maryland Yeoman
               {Stamp}     
are held and firmly bound unto the State of Maryland in the full and Just
Sum of five thousand three hundred and thirty three dollars and thirty three and
a third cents current money of the said state to the payment whereof we
hereunto bind ourselves our heirs executors and administrators jointly and severally
by these presents  In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed
our seals this 29.th day of April in the year of our lord one thousand eight Hundred
and fifty two.                              The Condition of the above obligation is such that
in case the above bounden Thomas H Hicks shall faithfully perform the
office of Register of Wills for Dorchester County aforesaid then the above obligation to
be void otherwise to be and remain in full peace and virtue in law
