393 of her said husband whether she does sign seal execute ^and^ acknowledge the said Instrument of writing voluntarily and freely and without being induced to do so by fear or threats of or ill usage by her husband or fear of his displeasure the said Sarah H Thomas acknowledges that she does sign seal execute and acknowledge the same willingly and freely and without being induced to do so by fear and threats of or ill usage by her said husband or fear of his displeasure and we d farther certify that we are satisfied of our own knowledge that the said Eliza Rawleigh John L. Thomas and Sarah H Rawleigh his wife and James A Stewart who are named and described as and who profess to be the party grantors in the said Instrument and the same persons who executed and acknowledged the same before me James Rea Charles Corkran William E. Roszell Be it remembered and it is hereby certified Exd from 85 that the following Bill of sale was received and John E.
