78 against all and Every other person or persons whomsoever Claiming the same or any part then In testimony whereof I Have Hereunto set my hands and affixed my seal this 24th day of February 1843 Signed sealed and delivered George Applegarth (seal) in Presence of James Radcliff Sen James H Radcliff State of Maryland Dorchester County to wit On this 24th day of February eighteen Hundred and Forty three Before me one of the Justices of the peace in and For Said County appears George applegarth and acknowledges the foregoing to be his act and deed according to the true intent and meaning thereof and the act of assembly in such case made and Provided John Radcliff Solomon F Kirwan Be it remembered that the following bill of from x.d sale was recorded on the 4th March 1843 to wit Solomon Kirwan Received March 4th 1843 of Solomon F Kirwan of Baltimore City and state of Maryland for and in Consideration of natural love and affection and for the further sum of Fifty Dollars in full satisfaction for the following personal property viz Twenty head of Cattel Twenty sheep Two canoes Ten head of Hogs one clock one Bureaugh three Beds Beadsteads & furniture Two Tables Mehogany And all and residue of my household and Kitchin furniture & farming Implements of every Kind whatsoever By me having the use of said personal property during my natural life Given under my hand the date above written NB the above described property is now assessed to Solomon F Kirwan as will appear By record Solomon Kirwan And delivered to S F Kirwan 9th May 1843 State of Maryland Dorchester County To wit on this 4 day of March 1843 before me the subscriber a Justice of the peace in & for said County appears Solomon Kirwan and acknowledges the above receipt to Be his act and deed according to the true Intent and Meaning thereof and the acts of Assembly in such case made and provided Acknowledged Before Henry Shenton John Thomas Be it remembered that the following bill of sale Ex.d from was recorded on the 6 March 1843 to wit Mary Thomas Know all men by these presents that I Mary Thomas of Dorchester County and State of Maryland for and in consideration of the Sum of five dollars lawfull money of the United States to me in hand paid by John Thomas of the said County and state at or before |
