intended So to be to the said Charles Shenton his heirs and assigns forever and I the Said
Edward Willing have put the said Charles Shenton in full possession by delivering
unto him the Said Charles Shenton one Coffee mill at the sealing and delivery of
these presents in the name of of the whole premises hereby bargained and Sold or
mentioned and intended to be so unto him the said Charles Shenton as aforesaid
In witness whereof I the said Edward Willing have hereunto Set my hand and
seal this 18th day of January 1843

Edward Willing before me the subscriber a Justice of the peace for said County and
acknowled the above bill of Sale to be his act and deed according to the true intent and
meaning of the same      Acknowledgd before                        Henry Shenton


Stephen Hurley      Be it remembered that the following bill of sale was recorded
Ex.d   from            on 30 Jany 1843 to wit   Know all men by these that
Caleb Hurley         I Calb Hurley of Dorchester County and state of maryland
for and in consideration of the sum of fifty dollars current money to me in
hand paid before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof
I have granted bargained and sold To Stephen Hurley his heirs and assigns
for ever the "the" following property to wit one cow and calf three beds bedsteads
and furniture one sow and three pigs sevin geese one Bureau two
chests one trunk and one cupboard and the above property I will warrant
and forever defend to the said Stephen Hurly his heirs and assigns
forever in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
28th day of January 1843                               his

Phillips of Dorchester County in the State of Maryland for and in consideration

by Edward Thomas of the County and state aforesaid at and before
