my Executors and administrators against all and every other
person or persons claiming the same or any part thereof.  In testimony
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty first day
of January Eighteen hundred and forty three

Maryland Dorchester county to wit.  On  this twenty first day of
January Eighteen hundred and forty three before me a Justice of
the peace of the said state in and for the county aforesaid personally
appears Joseph M Colbourne and acknowledge the foregoing
writing to be his act and deed according to the true intent and
meaning thereof and the act of assembly in such case made
and provided

State of Maryland      Be it remembered that the following Bond
Ex.d   from                was recorded on 24 Jany anno domini 1843 to wit
Zebulon Booze                           January 13th 1843
To William Jackson Clk of Dorchester County Court this is to inform
you that I hereby resigne the office of Constable for district no 5
as witness my hand and seal this day
Witness   Moses V Keene            John W Hayward      (seal)
We the subscribers two Justices of the peace in and for Dorchester county
by virtue of a supplement to an act entitled an act for the establishment
and regulation of the Levy Courts in the several counties of this state
have appointed Zebulon Booze constable of Election District no 5
in the peace of John W Hayward who has resigned  Witness our
hands and seals this 23d day of January 1843

Know all men by these presents that we Zebulon Booze and
Hugh Wingate of Dorchester county in the state of Maryland
are held and firmly bound unto the state of Maryland in the
full and just sum of Two thousand dollars current money
of the United State to be paid to the said State or its certain attorneys
to the which payment well and truly to be made and done.
We bind ourselves our heirs executors & administrators jointly and
severally firmly by these presents Sealed with our seals and
dated this 24 day of January 1843.  The condition of the above
Obligation is such that if the above bounden Zebulon Booze
shall well and truly execute the office of constable of
