2 Barrels of Flour the half of two scons one canoe 150 cords
of cord wood all and singular which said property goods
and chattels are now remaining standing and being
in a certain tenament and now in the occupation
of the said Richard Pattison to have and to hold all
and singular the said property goods household stuff
and furniture and other the premises above Bargained
and sold or mentioned and intended so to be to the said
Levin H Wall his executors administrators and assigns
forever and I the said Richard Pattison for my self my
heirs executors administrators all and singular the
said goods household stuff and furniture and other
the premises unto the said Levin H Wall his executors
administrators and assigns against me the said
Richard Pattison my executors and administrators
and against all and every other person or persons whatsoever
shall and will warrant and forever defend
by these presents of all and singular which said goods
household stuff and furniture and other the premises
I the said Richard Pattison have put the said Levin H
Wall in full possession By delivering to him the said
Levin H Wall one glass Bottle or the sealing and delivering
of these presents in the name of the whole premises
hereby Bargained and sold or mentioned and intended to
be so unto him the said Levin H Wall as aforesaid  In
Witness whereof the Richard Pattison has hereunto set
his hand and seal on this 11th day of January 1843

State of Maryland Dorchester County to wit
Be it remembered that on this 11th day of January in
the year 1843 before the subscriber a Justice of the peace
of the said state in and for said County aforesaid personally
appears Richard Pattison party to the within
indenture and acknowledged the said indenture
to be his act and deed         Henry Shenton


Stephen Hurley        Be it remembered that the following
Ex.d      from           Bill of sale was recorded on 23 Jany
Hambleton Hurley   anno domini 1843 to wit
now all men by these presents that i Hampilton
Hurley of Dosset county and state of merland for and in
consideration of the sum of 100.5 dollars current
