390. Thomas White all and singular which said House and lot are now remaining standing and being in a certain messuage or tenement situate in the Town of Cambridge and now in the occupation of the said Ezekiel Frazier. To have and to hold all and singular the House and lot and other the Premises above bargained and sold or mentioned and intended so to be to the said Lewis Ross, his executors, Administrators and Assigns forever And I the said Ezekiel Frazier for myself, my heirs, executors and Administrators all and singular the said House and lot and other the premises unto the said Lewis Ross his Executors, Administrators and Assigns against me the said Frazier my Executors and Administrators and against all and every other person or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents of all and singular which said House and lot and other the premises I the said Ezekiel Frazier have put the said Lewis Ross in full possession by delivering to him the said Lewis Ross the House and lot at the sealing and delivering of these presents in the name of the whole premises hereby bargained and sold or mentioned and intended to be so unto him the said Lewis Ross as aforesaid. In Witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this 4 day of November 1846. his Robert Bell J. P. Ezekiel x Frazier (seal) mark Be it remembered and it is hereby Certified that on this 4 day of November in the year 1846 before me the subscriber one of the Justices of the Peace in and for said County came Ezekiel Frazier and acknowledges this Indenture to be his Act and deed according to the Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided. Taken & Acknowledged before Robert Bell J. P. State of Maryland Be it remembered that the following Bond was recorded Ex.d from on the 9.th day of November 1846, To wit: Tho. H. Hicks Reg.r State of Maryland Stamp State of Maryland Dorchester County, To wit: Three Know all men by these presents that we Thomas Dollars & half H. Hicks & Brice John Goldsborough & William Rea all of Dorchester County and state of Maryland Yeomen are held and firmly bound unto the State of Maryland in the full and just sum of Five thousand three hundred and thirty three dollars and thirty three and a third cents current money of the said State to the payment whereof we hereunto bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators jointly and severally by these presents. In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals this fourth day of November in the year of Eighteen hundred and forty six.
